Get started with connecting your WhatsApp Business account to Klaviyo. You can automatically reach out to customers via WhatsApp at key points in their customer journey.

Note that WhatsApp is currently available for flows. More features and functionality are coming soon!

Disclaimer (read before connecting WhatsApp to Klaviyo): If you are using WhatsApp with another provider but want to test our feature, we suggest you create another WhatsApp Business Account during the beta program to avoid any disruptions to your current marketing campaigns.

Before you begin

Before starting, please make sure you:

Find WhatsApp in Klaviyo

  1. Click your account name in the lower left corner.

  2. Select Settings > WhatsApp.

  3. Click Connect to WhatsApp to get started.

  4. Review the permissions.

  5. When ready, click Get started.

Log in to your Facebook account

To use or connect WhatsApp, you must have a Facebook account.
