With an omnichannel campaign, you can send multiple messages related to a specific topic or event over a period of time. You can set up multiple campaign paths that have separate audiences and messages. Having separate audiences per path is helpful if you’d like to have messages tailored for different groups such as VIP customers, standard customers, churn risks, etc.
