You will learn

Learn how to migrate from Klaviyo’s native Zenoti integration, which will be deprecated later this year, to a third-party integration through Zapier.

Please note that the Zapier integration was not created by nor maintained by Klaviyo, so any support requests for the integration should be directed towards Zapier or Zenoti Support. As a third-party service, Zapier has its own payment plans. However, you may be able to integrate using their free plan depending on the size of your business.

How the deprecation will affect your data

After the Zenoti integration is fully deprecated, any data synced through the integration to your Klaviyo account will remain in your account, but no new data will be synced.

When visiting the Analytics > Metrics page in Klaviyo**,** metrics previously synced through the Zenoti integration will have the Zenoti icon while metrics synced through Zapier will have an API icon, a gear symbol. This is the icon used for third-party and custom integrations.

Before you begin

Create a Zapier account

If you have not already done so, create an account with Zapier to install the integration.

  1. Visit Zapier's website and click Start free with email or Start free with Google.
  2. Follow the setup instructions according to your brand and experience.
  3. Review Zapier’s subscription plans. You can start with a free plan, but you may need to switch to a paid plan depending on the size of your business.

Create a private API key for Zapier

Create a private API key to allow Zapier to access your Klaviyo account.

NOTE: Do not share your private key through unsecure channels such as email or with anyone outside your organization. Only enter the private key when prompted directly by Zapier. Treat it like a password.

  1. In Klaviyo, click your organization name in the bottom left.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Click API keys.
  4. Observe your Public API Key at the top of the page. You will need this later.
